Through psychology we seek to help our clients understand the complexities of their unique situation and we are committed to ensuring our clients achieve the best outcome based on who they are as a person and their circumstances.

Our team have experience in law, education and psychology and continue to undergo development and training in these areas to ensure they are delivering the best possible service for our clients.

Our Clinical Psychologists are all registered practitioners and members of the Australian Psychological Society. As registered psychologists they maintain and uphold the standards of the Australian Board of Psychology and AHPRA.

Glen Ping Kee - Managing Director

Glen Ping Kee, is the founder and designer of both Indice Reporting Pty Ltd & Legal Assessment Services Pty Ltd. Mr Ping Kee is a New South Wales solicitor admitted in 2006 and is a partner of a regional law firm based in Armidale. He holds degrees in Business, Law and Psychology. 

Glen’s time practicing Law has been almost exclusively in the area of litigation. This has included significant criminal advocacy from the Local Court level to the Supreme Court and Royal Commission. 

Extending from this experience, Glen recognized trends in personality profiles in relation to sentence matters within the Local Court environment. In 2010 he commenced his studies in psychology and graduated in 2015. During those studies he grew to understand the systematic nature of certain psychological tests and saw an opportunity to merge technology, psychology and the law into the initial IIR-L program. 

More recently, with focus on welfare and remote accessibility for professional services he has extended those programs to include both Tertiary (IIR-T)and medical screening (IIR-S) variants of the original concept and design.

Bruin Hutchings

- Director/Project Manager

Bruin Hutchings is a solicitor practicing in commercial and corporate litigation, with a regional law firm based in Armidale. 

Bruin completed his undergraduate studies at the University of New England and Postgraduate Studies at the College of Law. During his undergraduate degree Bruin studied in several jurisdictions including Pennsylvania, USA and in Shanghai, China. 

Bruin brings a wealth of commercial and corporate knowledge to the LAS team. 

Lachlan Ritchie - Director/Project Manager

Lachlan Ritchie joined the Legal Assessment Services and Indice Reporting team in 2019, bringing experience in business and product development in addition to experience in the support sector and service provision.   Lachlan holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and currently runs his own disability support business.  

His previous role included day to day management of an online travel management system used by several Universities, schools and other businesses. 

 

Consulted Psychologists

Dr Graeme Senior

Dr Graeme Senior is a Senior Lecturer at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, is a member and past Chair of the Australian Psychological Society’s Test and Testing Expert Group, and conducts consultancy, training, supervision, and assessments through his private practice Assessment Services in Psychology.  

He is U.S. trained in clinical neuropsychology, and the focus of his research and clinical work is in the areas of forensic, clinical, and neuropsychological assessment.  

Much of his work as an academic and private practitioner is specific to addressing medicolegal issues with psychological test data.  

In particular, he seeks to develop more robust methods of psychological test data interpretation to better enable psychologists to address the myriad complex issues encountered when assessing clients.  

Graeme has been conducting a program of normative and clinical studies over the last fifteen years highlighting the effectiveness of comprehensive assessment batteries and has been instrumental in the development of our systems.
